A Schmoosli way to start your day – for those who start their day getting active.
- About 1/3 cup of your favourite Schmoosli
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 1 banana
Mix Schmoosli, milk and yoghurt together in a small, airtight container overnight. When you are ready to eat, just top with a copped banana. Delicious!
